From the streets of Newtown, NSW, Australia, since 2022, Storm Streetwear has brought the vibrant quirks of Newtown's culture to fashion. A culture based around CREATIVITY, COMMUNITY & THOUGHT. We have adopted these core as core values with the goal of producing earth-positive products. Beautiful clothing that supports this planet at all stages of production.
We use art from artists, then give them a percentage of every sale instead of a one time fee.
This means that you directly support the artist.
We put art on Tees, we do NOT make art for tees.
We ONLY use sustainably and ethically sourced fabrics. Soon to be fully recycled
We print everything in Australia. This will soon be extended to USA for all orders within the Americas.
As we grow, we get closer to becoming planet positive and contributing more than we take.

Simply put, everything looks the same, everyone preaches about sustainability while they purchase $5 shirts from overseas and has them printed, then do clearance sales just to get rid of old items.
Thats not right. We empower the artist to make their best work by paying them per sale, we make each tee to order, to ensure no leftover stock, we source the best quality that always lasts longer and print as much in Australia to ensure fair wages and working conditions.
We aren't perfect, but we are small and as we grow, there will be more profit to update to more expensive practices and lower our carbon footprint.
The end goal is to become a 100% planet-positive operation that supports its community.
What that means is we contribute more to the environment than we take, we think of what impact our actions now will have in 100 years and more importantly, we will achieve this through harnessing a community of artists and activists around us to empower themselves, make money from their art and promote the core values of CREATIVITY, COMMUNITY & THOUGHT, that this business is based on.

The power is in the people. To achieve any of our goals, we need the best people.
Because every collaborator directly profits from each sale, we believe we will consistently get the best work possible. We are a business and ofcourse we aim to make a profit, however 'maximum profit' will never be spoken.
By focusing on paying fairly, allowing open creativity, being thoughtful in the materials we source, we will have the best product everytime.
Quality is a resource that seems increasingly more scarce, so it is where we will focus.
